- Since our products are digital downloads, we do not allow cancellations after payment.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
2. No Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after the purchase is completed.
- We encourage customers to read the product description carefully before buying.
3. Exceptions (If Any)
Any refund requests must be sent to tensivo777@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds may be considered only in special cases, such as:
Duplicate payments.
Technical issues preventing access to the product.
